Valuable insights in years of experience in EMF radiation-free building
Radiation-free building is the practice of working to avoid, eliminate and shield against EMF (low-level) radiation exposure in new home construction. To maximise success, the involvement of an experienced consultant is required. The renovation and EMF shielding of an upmarket beach property with partial copper cladding
The family of this home have been struggling with chronic health issues to which conventional medicine had little to offer them. A quest around the world to seek the advise of health practitioners who take a much wider and more holistic approach to health made them aware to the dangers of EMF radiation exposure in the home.
It was Dr Kelvin Nye (himself a GEOVITAL consultant) who introduced the family to the extensive experience Patrick van der Burght could bring to the renovation that was to start soon. The plans were analysed and recommendations/approaches discussed. With the home set back into the soil on one side, the EMF radiation-free building approach was very different.
Family home with grandparents retreat gets EMF shielded in all bedrooms
With gorgeous internal timber wall coverings, the radiation-free building approach adopted for this home was also very different. An additional layer of timber boards was put on the walls and ceilings which could be shielded with T98 shielding paint, then put in place and grounded, before the walls were covered with timber boards. It required some flexible and creative thinking to come up with this approach.
This home was also one home where the placement of the building was pushed deeper into the property to create a bigger buffer zone away from the magnetic field radiation from the power lines (local distribution lines) in the street.
Large family home and forrest retreat didn’t need shielding but got it anyway
Being health conscious and having experienced the effects of EMF radiation affecting one of the family members, great care was taken to select a low-radiation building site away from town and to take radiation-free building seriously. Despite low radio frequency radiation (RF) levels found before construction of the home started, shielding was going to be incorporated regardless. Knowing that it would off course only take one phone tower to be erected to cover this ‘poor’ signal area.
Bedrooms will be shielded with T98 shielding paint but in a large section of the home we used GPA shielding mesh to deal with electric fields from internal wiring. Covering entire rooms internally with GPA mesh to make a barrier.
Shielded apartment complexes in Germany
One of the larger projects the GEOVITAL Academy for Radiation Protection has been involved with was the apartment complexes on the shores of Lake Constance in Germany. Entire apartment buildings were shielded against RF and geopathic stress. Patrick and Sascha Hahnen make an on-site visit as shielding in one of the apartments is mid-way.
EMF radiation shielded hemp home in New Zealand becomes a big seller
One of the new prototype hemp home designs of our friends at HempTech was being built in New Zealand. With a big phone tower in town, concerns about not being able to deliver a healthy home led them to Patrick. The mixed approach between the hemp and GEOVITAL shielding solutions proved very successful and the results in the bedroom were amazing. Once this home was released for sale the real estate agent commented it had been the one home in their offices’ history that had had the most interest.
EMF Escape – Building Radiation-Free to get away from EMFs in old home
Fantastic results were achieved with shielded cable and RF shielding by T98 shielding paint and GPA mesh in this home. The family had invested money in EMF mitigation in their old home with cheap products which proved to be disappointing. Also the consultant then, had hidden the existence of magnetic fields as this would stop them selling products to the family.
Thank goodness this family had the insight to get a second opinion from a GEOVITAL consultant. Consultant Allen Cheney discovered the magnetic field issues quickly and an assessment of the body inside a bedroom shielded with cheap shielding paint revealed it was far from good enough. The family decided to turn the home into a holiday rental, as they felt bad selling this home to someone for permanent occupancy. New land was purchased, magnetic fields assessed which also led to the placement of the home being pushed further into the property.
